Returns & Refunds Policy

At Anggura Luxury, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, you may request a store credit refund.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days after receiving the order

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • Include your order number

Once the claim is verified, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged item. Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website and are non-transferable.

Inspection Requirement

All products are carefully inspected and quality checked before shipment.
Customers are required to record an unboxing video when opening the package.

Claims for damaged items may be rejected if:

  • No unboxing video proof is provided

  • The damage appears to have occurred after delivery

  • The product shows signs of use or tampering

Non-Eligible Cases

Store credit will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by improper use or handling

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the overall appearance or functionality

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

  • Size issues or change of mind

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is provided when placing an order.
We are not responsible for lost packages, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect customer information.
